TASK 8: CALS Functional Requirement Determination
Final IWSDB-Like Activities Survey Report (December 2, 1994)
For this task, surveys of several Integrated Weapon System Database (IWSDB)-like activities, focusing on functional requirements, were conducted. From these surveys, functional process improvements from individual sites were identified and lessons learned were collected. The gathered data was analyzed for possible implementation across the Department of Defense (DoD). This report documents the identified functional requirements at individual sites, site process improvements, and lessons learned. Finally, the report contains recommendations for DoD-wide IWSDB implementations and policy changes.
