A text, HTML Help Authoring Kit: The Official Guide to Understanding , Creating and Migrating to HTML Help was published by Microsoft Press (June, 1997). It is not yet available from Amazon, the largest On-Line Book Store. WinHelp 4 is a Microsoft Help product included in the Win32 Software Development Kit. Standard HTML is HTML 3.2.
