Show or hide items in the discussion
remark header
The author, subject, text, and time appear
by default in the discussion remark header. You can show or hide any or all of
these items. The Text option applies to the content of the remark. If you
clear this check box, the remark itself will be hidden.
- In your browser, type http:/ /www.dcnicn.com/MSOffice/ in the Address
box.
- On the Office Server Extensions
start page, type the Web address
of the document you want to open in the Web Discussions box.
- If the document is on another server, select the This is a document on
another server check box, and then click Go.
- On the Discussions toolbar, click View.
- Under Select which discussion fields to display, click the items
that you want to show or hide in each discussion header, and then click OK.
Note If the item you've chosen to show or hide doesn't appear or
disappear immediately, click Refresh on your browser toolbar.
