- The DCN/ICN is offered as a public service by the ManTech Advanced Systems International enterprise Integration Center (e-IC) on behalf of the DoD ADUSD, Logistics Systems Management (LSM).
- Information presented on the DCN/ICN is considered public information and may be distributed or copied. Use of appropriate byline/photo/image credits is requested.
- For site management, web site traffic information is collected for statistical purposes. This computer system uses COTS software programs to create summary statistics that are used for such purposes as assessing what information is of most and least interest, determining technical design specifications, and identifying system performance or problem areas.
- For security purposes and to ensure that this service remains available for all users, this computer system employs software programs to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage.
- This site will monitor DoD web site privacy and security policies to ensure continuous compliance.
