Please find attached a first cut at the database design. We need to resolve the following initial set of questions:

1. Can we classify the user community and identify which users should have read and/or modify access to the fields?

2. Can we review the data types and sizes of every field?

3. Do we have access to Cataloguing Handbook H6?

4. What does "DL" represent in the Teachnical Data section (Depth?)

5. In the Technical data section, can we collapse the three fields,

Part_Number, Drawing_Number and Type_Designation, into one field?

6. Can we collapse Part_Number and Drawing_Number in Tech_Data_Addenda?

7. What is the purpose of the field "Model" in Tech_Data_Addenda?

8. Is there a format for the Source_Request_Number?

9. What are valid values for the field Security_Class?

10. What is meant by "Empty Bowlegs '()'" in the field Type_Nomenclature?
