The Comment System is a web-based application that facilitates remote document collaboration. Users can post comments and suggest changes on a document, and the appropriate points of contact are notified of the comments automatically, via email. 2.0 How does the Comment System differ from other comment systems? 3.0 What are the minimum requirements to use the Comment System? The Comment System is a web-based application. Netscape Navigator version 4.0 (or higher) or Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 (or higher) are required to use the Comment System.
