This Generic Statement of Work (SOW) provides sample language to assist in the implementation of Continuous Acquisition and Life-cycle Support (CALS). The content within each sample paragraph should be tailored for each application. This CALS-related language should be used in developing the functional requirements within each applicable section of the Request For Proposal (RFP) or Request for Quotation (RFQ) SOW. A more detailed sample SOW for development of a CITIS is contained in section 5.
