AGREEMENT FIRST PAGE (Example only. See Introduction)

The first page should incorporate sufficient information to provide a capsule of the most salient points of the Agreement at a glance. Such items of information may include:

Reference number:
Identification of the parties to the agreement, their representatives and their addresses:
Security classification;
The data exchanged can be of different nature. It can be of a commercial nature or of an administrative one. In some cases the exchange of technical information of a confidential nature can be involved. The "whereases" can elaborate on the nature of the transactions involved. In case of a dispute these considerations might be helpful.
