The parties should provide for the identification of the sender and the receiver together with means to verify the authenticity of the message.

• All Electronic Data Interchange or Electronic Mail Messages must identify the sender and receiver and must include an agreed means of verifying the authenticity of the message either through a technique used in the message itself or by some other means provided for in the Electronic Data Interchange Protocol, or as specified in the User Manual.

   

• Simultaneously with the execution of this Agreement, each Party shall furnish to the other, a list of the individuals authorised by it to send Electronic Data Interchange or Electronic Mail Messages and the appropriate Electronic Signature and shall update this list as necessary.
