AS-IS Enterprise

As-Is Enterprise is terminology used to describe an organization in its current steady state. This terminology is used to describe a reference point from which some degree of change will be implemented within the organisation. This terminology is usually associated with modeling or simulation exercises.

As-Is Model represents the current state of the organisation modeled with out any specific improvements included. It can be either an activity model, or a rule model.
