Status Report:

The AHWG first developed a NATO Policy for Co-operation in Logistics. It was approved by the North Atlantic Council on 11 June 200. The policy requires that a Concept for Co-operation in Logistics with nations and the NATO logistic related bodies be developed. The AHWG has now completed the first draft of the concept. The Logistics Staff Meeting (LSM) with Partners is now invited to review and approve the concept under silence procedure ending 17 Sep 2001.

In meetings in March and May the LOGIS WG finished a draft "Regulatory Framework for Logistic Information Systems Architecture" which is now been distributed to the members of the LSM for their comments by 07 September.

The finalisation of the report is delayed and is now scheduled for September 2001.

The NATO Asset Tracking Interservice Working Group (AST WG) Policy and Terminology Panel (PTP) Met on 4-6 June at the NL Arm Staff HQ, Den Haag).

The following issues were covered.
