Status Report:

The Metrics white paper has been published and distributed to the NCMB. This document will be distributed across NATO in April for comments. The planned delay is due to the amount of work recently distributed to the NADREPs. Currently they have the Life Cycle Management document and the Transition white paper. Our intent is to keep the focus on transition.

The current document is a high level model that provides an overarching framework for metrics. It also contains examples and guidance.

The next stage is to drive the model down to a level that will help customers determine what to measure, where to measure and how to measure.
