NATO CALS BUSINESS GUIDELINES

Implementation of the NATO CALS vision has infrastructure, standards, policy and regulatory considerations. To ensure that all aspects of implementation are covered, the NCMB will issue separately both a NATO CALS Strategic Plan and a NATO CALS Business Plan. The NATO CALS Strategic Plan further develops and prioritizes the NATO CALS objectives and relationships necessary to move towards the phased accomplishment of the NATO CALS mission. The plan contains a baseline and a transition path. The NATO CALS Business Plan contains result oriented tasks with identified responsibilities, defined budgets and resource and time constraints. After agreement is reached between NCMB and NCO, the NCMB will use the NATO CALS Business Plan as a prime instrument to direct the NCO for tasks applicable to the NCO.
